Wish I could give negative 5 star review. The new owner Josh is horrible. Been going here for years. I have a big dually it usually has to.be washed a couple times and still be horrible. So.gsve up on there washing abilities. Went today for ool change only and he refused to change my oil because I've voiced my opinion on bad wash job in the past . Sorry business owner for sure.

This was the worst carwash ever … $55 for what ??? My car didn’t get cleaned I had to ask them to clean areas of my car that was visibly dirty then the workers laughed at my demise the young lady ms E tried her best to rectify the situation with cleaning but why didn’t any of the males help her ? Total waste of money for 55$ they don’t clean the interior oh ok let me take my business else where

I have been getting oil changes from Car Wash West since they were over by the Lea Joyner Bridge. But this the worst that have I seen yet. The reminder label looks terrible you can hardly read it when it is do back. They also left oil and water in the tray where the oil filter sits on. And I really believe that they didn’t check both car and ac filters. Spending around 300 on two vehicles one is bad enough! Very disappointing!

Went there to get a good car wash, vacuum, and windows done. Wash and vacuum worked, but they failed completely on doing the windshield...the passenger side never touched, pitiful for what you pay. WILL NOT BE BACK!

You must experience this unique place for yourself. It really brings back the 50s and 60s old school Vibe with its service and decoration

Great car services oil change went smooth great guys

Went for first time today for an oil change. Was I surprised! I'll never go anywhere else. How great is it to sit inside, have a coffee, listen to oldies and when all is said and done, drive off in an immaculately clean vehicle with fresh oil and everything under the hood checked! And, the bill was $12 less than I usually pay for the same oil, no wash and certainly no oldies, coffee, etc.

Relatively fast. Pretty good job done.

I guess the deluxe car wash doesn't get your seats wiped down? Wasn't looking for a detail, at least a wet rag to remove the dirt.. Also, I guess someone thought the mini rubber duck I had in my jeep belonged to them because it's gone..

They do the best hand wash and wax in town. Better than any detail shop
